Live Forward Ventures is committed to doing things differently than the status quo while challenging ourselves and our team to think forward and to stay ahead of the curve in an ever changing market.


Built on the foundation of community, Tradecraft Industries is a co-working space that allows members of the construction industry to scale and grow their businesses while networking with other professionals in the industry. Tradecraft Industries was founded to help hard working businesses grow and adjust to the construction market rather than responding to it. Helping those in the construction industry keep overhead low, visibility high, and provide each member with resources usually reserved for larger companies. The collaborative working space allows members to have a work space surrounded by other construction professionals in the industry. There is also the option of leasing one of the 22 private office spaces for members who want amore private space to meet with clients and team members. All members have access to the 2 conference rooms, continuing education classes hosted on site and have the option of renting storage space for their business, either 8×20 or 8×40 shipping containers. The Tradecraft building is also offered as an event venue to both members and the public.


The Peaks at Sloans Lake reflect the art of urban living. The project is located in one of Denver’s most active and vibrant neighborhoods. Offering 10 distinctive townhomes, each one with high quality finishes. The 4 corner units with 1634 sqft of living space and another 6 interior units with 1615 sqft, each unit being a 2BR/4BA floor plan with attached 2 car garages. Roof top decks grant each unit with amazing views of the Denver skyline to the East and the entire front range mountains to the West. The Peaks project was completed in 2Q of 2016, all units were pre-sold prior to completion.


Vintage 5280, located inDenver’s historic Jefferson Park, offers 6 new residences to this preferred neighborhood. The JeffersonPark community is a blend of original homes built in the late 1800’s andVintage 5280 was designed to complement the existing character of the neighborhood, using vintage brick and wrought iron on the exterior. The balance of natural light, due to the oversized windows, along with the impressive collection of finishes instills a warm and welcoming ambiance in each unit.  Each home features its own roof top deck, providing views of both the cityscape and mountains beyond. The Vintage 5280 project was completed in 4Q of 2017, all units were pre-sold prior to completion.


A custom mountain contemporary duplex with mountain views in Cherry Creek neighborhood. This project provided a rare opportunity to be right in the heart of Cherry Creek, the premier luxury neighborhood in MetroDenver. Completed 3Q 2016, both sides of duplex were pre-sold prior to completion.
